Solutions design
& delivery
The common trail in all interventions is collaborative design from inception to delivery and performance measurement (KPI, ROI). We, at ASCG, make sure that every step in the process is the opportunity to learn, create and grow for positive impact.
We always begin by exploring what is at stake for whorm. We then design the value proposition collaboratively.
The C in ASCG stands for Consulting. It could as well stand for Combination of consulting, Coaching, Training and Facilitation.
Designing an intervention involves consulting to understands the context and what is at stake.
It takes coaching questions to craft the intervention Value Proposition.
What is at stake and who the stakeholders are will determine
-
What is adressed through coaching and training.
-
How facilitation can leverage return on the investment made.
Example: an executive takes on a new team or has to rebuild one
-
Executive coaching could help framing her leadership style.
-
Before facilitating a team building session where team significance is crafted culture, goals definition and game plan, success and resilience strategies.
-
The need for a development plan (what skills need to be acquired or mastered to perform on target) might the emerge leading to consulting fr design and training and mentoring for delivery.
